Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms set out the rules for using durvess.com. By using the site you accept them. They cover use of the website only; supply of goods is governed by the sales terms we send with each quotation.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Sky Market Ltd, trading as DURVESS, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15708591, with its registered office at 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.
Email: support@durvess.com. WhatsApp (messages only): +44 7405 411149.
2. Business use only
The site and our products are intended for businesses buying for resale, branding or use in their business. By sending an enquiry you confirm that you are acting for a business and not as a consumer.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or commit either of us to anything. A quotation is an invitation for you to order. A contract is formed only when we accept your order in writing.
Every order is governed by our sales terms, which are sent with each quotation. If they conflict with these website terms, the sales terms apply.
4. Product information
Images on this site are illustrative and may not show the exact product, colour or finish you will receive. Specifications, materials, minimum order quantities, prices and lead times are confirmed only in a written quotation and the approved sample.
Walking sticks are offered for dress and decorative use and are not certified mobility aids. We describe protective or safety properties only where the supplier holds evidence of relevant testing.
Latex products are made from natural rubber latex, which can cause allergic reactions in some people. Allergy and care information is supplied with each latex order.
5. Files and information you send us
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, designs, drawings and images you upload, and that using them for your order will not infringe anyone else’s rights. You allow us to use them, and to share them with our production partners, only to assess, sample, quote and fulfil your enquiry. You keep full ownership of them.
Do not upload files that contain malware or unlawful content.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, the admin area or any connected database; introduce viruses or other harmful material; overload or disrupt the site; use automated tools to scrape content or submit enquiries; or submit false or misleading enquiries.
Misuse may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report it to the relevant authorities and co-operate with them.
7. Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the site, including its text, design and images. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You must not copy, adapt or republish site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. DURVESS is a trading name of Sky Market Ltd.
8. Links to other sites
Links to other websites are provided for information only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content.
9. Availability and changes
The site is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and change these terms, at any time. The version on this page applies when you use the site.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to that, we are not liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or reliance on its content, including loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, reputation or data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you arising from use of the site is limited to £100. Liability in connection with any order is governed by our sales terms.
11. Privacy
We use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
